There is a minimum labor charge of ¼ hour for any order that needs; any computer design and layout, original artwork, logo reproduction or designing. This applies to all Sign and Design orders.

Sign and Design will not be held accountable for mistakes in spelling, punctuation, or sentence structure or PDF errors as submitted by or proofed by the customer.  We will make adjustments in the bill or redo the order if your copy is inaccurate and an error is made by us.

We ask that you allow 2 workdays for orders that are ready to print.  If your order needs layout please allow 3-4 days for layout, proofing, and printing. In a big hurry…?  You can always ask.  We try to accommodate these requests whenever possible, but also need to allow time for the unexpected troubles computers and printers sometimes gives us.
